After 12 months of continuous residence beginning June 1, 2004, at a Keener Management property, you will be able to apply $2,500 of the rent you have paid towards a home purchased through EYA Urban realtors. You will also be eligible for mortgage and title benefits. An additional $500 incentive will accrue after your 18 th month of residence in a Keener Management property, and a further $500 will accrue after your 24 th month of residence.

You do not need to sign up for this program to be eligible for the above-mentioned benefits. By virtue of your residence in a Keener Management property, these benefits will be available to you if and when you decide to purchase a home.
